The Cheltenham Concrete Garage is supplied with a 12.5 degree granular steel title effect roof in a choice of colours to match your home.

The Leofric Cheltenham Concrete Garage with brick front posts Made from 7ft high steel reinforced interlocking concrete panels for maximum strength. The Leofric Cheltenham New design, 15 degree pitch Apex with a lightweight high grade steel roof coated in Aluzinc and bonded with granules with matching ridges in a choice of colours.

All Cheltenhams are supplied with guttering and maintenance free UPVC fascia as standard and a 15 year structural guarantee.

7ft high up an over door, white powder coated 4-point locking on most sizes.

Treated hardwood weather bar fitted to base to prevent water ingress.

Brick front posts are available as an optional extra.
